  • Music

Music is an extremely important aspect of our ethos and community at Sacred Heart. Music enables children to increase their self-confidence, creativity and imagination and provides opportunities for self-expression and a sense of personal achievement. Different elements of music are taught including singing, listening appreciation, composition and reading of music to inspire children to develop a life-long love of music. The National Curriculum is followed and you can click the link below to see how music is taught in each year group.
