Teacher Activity Club Bookings

We have an exciting range of extracurricular clubs each term.  Autumn term teacher activity clubs will start during the week commencing Monday 14th  September 2026 and will run for 10 weeks (excluding half-term). Children eligible for Pupil Premium are encouraged to sign up for a free club each term.  Parents and carers apply for Teacher Activity Clubs using this Google form: https://forms.gle/9H364ucX7zVsMgydA. The form will open at 6pm on Monday 13th July and close at 9am on Thursday 16th July. Places will be confirmed by Friday 17th July and payment will then be collected through Arbor in September.

Teacher Activity Clubs are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Pupil Premium children are encouraged to sign up for a free club each term - just tick the 'Pupil Premium' box on the form and you will not be charged.

External Clubs 

We have partnerships with a range of external clubs who will also be offering sessions during the Autumn Term for Sacred Heart children. See below for more details. Parents sign up directly with the provider for these clubs and the start dates are set by the provider, so it may be different to the start date of our teacher activity clubs.  Some of these clubs require minimum numbers to run and where the minimum is not met, unfortunately the club will be cancelled.

MONDAYS

Fulham Football Club Mondays 3.20pm to 4.20pm (Years 2 and 3). Booking is via Fulham FC Foundation's booking system. This is an outdoor club that will run in our playground whatever the weather.

TUESDAYS

Chess - Tuesday lunchtimes 12.30pm to 1.10pm. (Years 3 to 6). Children should know how each piece moves and captures before joining the club. THURSDAYS

Technokids - Thursday lunchtimes - 30 minutes (Years 1 to 6) (12 weeks). To book please visit Technokids.

AI Matrix Learning - Thursday 3.20pm to 4.20pm - 17th, 24th September, 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd October, 12th, 19th, 26th November, 3rd, 10th December. To book click here.

FRIDAYS

Start with Art - A Busy Lizzy morning club 7.45am to 8.45am open to year 2 to 6. 10 sessions limited to 12 places. £75. Starts Friday 11th September to 27th November (excluding half term). A journey of creativity - pay termly. Block printing/felting/pottery/mechanic sculptures/beaded lizards/sewing/mosaics with Busy Lizzy.  Book here.

French Club - Friday lunchtimes. Schuller Languages will continue to run KS1 and KS2 Advanced French at lunchtime on the following days: 18th, 25th Sept; 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd October; 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th November, 4th, 11th December

K-Pop Dance Club Fridays 3.20pm to 4.20pm (Years 2 to 5)  7 week club running on 24th April, 1st and 15th May, 5th, 19th and 26th June and 10th July. Join our popular K-Pop dance class with K-Pop Planet on Fridays after school. https://www.k-popplanet.uk/sacredheart-school

Sean McInnes Sports Coaching Fridays 3.15pm to 4.15pm - a fun, inclusive multisports after-school club for children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2. Other Opportunities

Taekwondo - We are proud to host Wild Tiger Taekwondo Club at Sacred Heart and although Taekwondo is not an after-school club, our children are welcome to join Master Kim's classes which run across the week in the school hall.

Camoes Portuguese School - We are proud to host Camoes Portuguese School at Sacred Heart. Although Portuguese is not an after-school club, our children are welcome to sign-up for these lessons, which run on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
