Sacred Heart Kidz Klub runs a breakfast and after-school club Monday to Friday during term time and offers holiday clubs during most school holidays.

Sacred Heart Kidz Klub is a separate independent organisation working in partnership with the school and Little Hearts Pre-school to offer a full extended services programme designed to compliment the school's timetable and help our families. The club was founded in 2003 and prides itself on having the same dedicated and caring staff. This helps ensure reliability and continuity for children and their families.

Breakfast Club - 7.30am to 8.40am

The children get a good start to the day with breakfast and some fun activities, preparing them for the day ahead. Drop off is flexible to meet parents' needs. .

After-school Club - 3.15pm to 6.00pm

Children are able to access outside play making use of the school playground and MUGA (multi-use games area) as well as inside activities such as crafts, drawing and quiet play. Children receive a light dinner before home time. Pick up is flexible to meet parents' needs. 

Holiday Clubs - 8am to 5.30pm

Depending on take-up, holiday clubs run during school breaks. These include an outing during the week, for example a cinema trip, and during the summer holidays activities include water fun to keep the children cool.

Prices

Breakfast Club only - £6 per session

After-school Club only - £13 per session

Breakfast and After-school Club - £17 per day or £75 for a full week

All prices are for a minimum of 2 days. There is a £5 surcharge for occasional use.

Extended day for pre-school children in partnership with Little Hearts 7.30am to 5.00pm - £70 per day (minimum booking of 2 days per week)

Holiday Club - £36per day for school age children and £70 per day for pre-school children.

Keeping Children Safe

All staff hold a childcare qualification and are first aid trained and DBS checked. Training is given a high priority and is ongoing, especially in Child Protection, Health and Safety, First Aid and supporting children with Special Educational Needs. Safeguarding children is a priority and Kidz Klub constantly reviews policies and practice to ensure children are happy and safe. A full list of policies are available in the setting and parents can ask a member of staff to see these.

Admissions Policy

Kidz Klub caters for children between the ages of 2.5 and 11 and prioritises those who attend or have applied to Sacred Heart Primary School, New Malden. Places are allocated on a 'first come, first served' basis up to the maximum number of children permitted. If there is demand, a waiting list will be operated and places will be allocated according to the priorities in the admissions policy.
