School Hall

Sacred Heart has a bright and spacious assembly hall available for hire, boasting high ceilings and plenty of natural light.

Suitable for birthday parties, dance and drama, martial arts and keep fit, community groups and cubs/brownies/scouts.

Chairs and tables are available and the school kitchen hatch can be opened to enable previously prepared food and drinks to be served.

Located 10 minutes walk from Motspur Park train station and the 131 and K5 bus stops being located outside the school. Up to 24 car park spaces are available on site.

The hall is available for hire weekday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays

Other lettings

The school playground, classrooms and meeting room can be made available for hire.  Please contact the school to discuss your requirements.

Safeguarding

Where we hire or rent out our facilities/premises to organisations or individuals (for example to community groups, sports associations, and service providers to run community or extra-curricular activities) we will ensure that appropriate arrangements are in place to keep children safe.

When services or activities are provided by us, under our own direct supervision or management, our own arrangements for child protection will apply. However, where services or activities are provided separately by another body this is not necessarily the case. We will therefore seek assurance that the body concerned has appropriate safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures in place including inspecting these; and ensure that there are arrangements in place to liaise with us on these matters where appropriate. We will also ensure safeguarding requirements are included in any transfer of control agreement (lease or hire agreement), as a condition of use and occupation of the premises; and that failure to comply with this may lead to termination of the agreement.
